Adastria completes shift to holding company, changes trade name

Following shareholder approval on May 29, 2025, Adastria Co., Ltd. has changed its trade name to And ST HD Co., Ltd. All business operations, excluding group management, have been succeeded by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Adastria Co., Ltd., established on April 4, 2025.

And ST HD Co., Ltd., now the listed holding company, focuses on group management and operations. It has a capital of JPY 2,660 million and was established on October 22, 1953. Its registered head office is in Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture.

The newly formed operating company, Adastria Co., Ltd., is responsible for the planning, manufacturing, and sale of clothing and miscellaneous goods. It has a capital of JPY 10 million and its registered head office is in Shibuya Ward, Tokyo. This reorganization aims to improve corporate value by enabling faster management decisions and visualizing the appeal and profitability of each business.
