Shift subsidiary ALH acquires Crebnet to expand Kansai presence

SHIFT Inc. announced on August 29, 2025, that its wholly-owned subsidiary, ALH Inc., will acquire 100% of the equity interest in Crebnet Corporation. This acquisition aims to accelerate ALH’s growth, particularly by strengthening its client base in the Kansai region, where Crebnet is headquartered. The acquisition price for the 60 shares of Crebnet Corporation is set at 150 million yen, determined based on a third-party appraisal.

Crebnet Corporation, established on May 1, 2002, with a share capital of 3 million yen, specializes in system development, website design, infrastructure, and office support services. The company reported net sales of 215 million yen and net income of 11 million yen for the fiscal year ended October 31, 2024. The share transfer is scheduled for November 1, 2025.

ALH Inc., established on January 20, 2014, with 128 million yen in share capital, focuses on IT solutions. This strategic move is expected to enhance service delivery capacity and support the continued growth of both ALH and Crebnet within the SHIFT Group. The impact on SHIFT's consolidated financial results is anticipated to be immaterial.
