Oji Holdings revamps shareholder benefits with new programs

Oji Holdings Corporation has decided to change its September-term shareholder benefit program, effective from the September 30, 2025 shareholder registry record date. The revision, approved at a recent board meeting, introduces two new initiatives for shareholders holding 5,000 or more shares of the company's stock.

The new benefits include a "Reforestation Support Event" where shareholders receive wooden plates to inscribe messages for "Oji's Forest." The company will plant a corresponding number of seedlings to the returned plates, attaching them to the saplings and delivering them to "Oji's Forest." Additionally, Oji Holdings will invite selected shareholders to "Oji Hall-sponsored Concerts," which will be held multiple times a year.

The company's existing tree-planting ceremony for the reforestation event has been suspended due to safety concerns. Shareholders eligible for the September-term benefits will receive an application postcard in the "Interim Report" sent around late November to ascertain their preferences for the new programs.
