Toridoll completes privatization of Tam Jai International

Toridoll Holdings Corporation announced on August 26, 2025, the completion of procedures to acquire shares and privatize Tam Jai International Co. Limited (TJI). The scheme of arrangement became effective on August 15, 2025. Following this, TJI's shares were delisted from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on August 19, 2025.
