Yokogawa Bridge rebrands subsidiaries for group unity

Yokogawa Bridge Holdings Corp announced that two consolidated subsidiaries will change their trade names effective January 5, 2026, to unify the group under the "Yokogawa Bridge" brand.

Yokogawa System Buildings Corp, specializing in engineered structure system design and construction, will become Yokogawa Bridge System Buildings Corp. Yokogawa Techno-Information Service Inc, which develops software and provides information processing services, will be renamed Yokogawa Bridge Techno-Information Service Inc.

The rebranding reflects a strategic move to integrate the subsidiaries more closely with the parent company's identity and maximize branding effects in growth businesses.
