Kojima announces major restructuring and leadership changes

Kojima Co., Ltd. announced a comprehensive organizational restructuring and personnel changes, effective September 1, 2025.

The company is establishing a new Sales Support Department directly under the Sales Division, along with a Business Improvement Office and Operations Support Office within it. The CS Promotion Office and New Store Preparation and Renovation Office will transfer to the Sales Support Department.

The Development Department will be renamed the Store Development Department, with the Store Renovation Office consolidated into this newly named department.

Executive officer appointments include Tomokazu Iwata as executive officer and general manager of Sales Support Department, and Shinichi Kaminishi as executive officer and general manager of Sales Department. Hideki Ochi becomes general manager of Store Development Department, while Masaru Imai takes over as general manager of Human Resources Department.
