Keeper Technical Laboratory reshuffles top management roles

Keeper Technical Laboratory announced changes to its representative director structure, effective August 25, 2025.

Yoshimichi Tani moves from representative director and president to representative director and chairman chief executive. Sosuke Kaku continues as president co-chief operating officer, maintaining responsibility for business operations and organizational management.

The restructuring aims to clarify roles between execution and supervision to accelerate long-term growth and new business initiatives.
