Fukuda Corporation announces secondary share offering

Fukuda Corporation announced a secondary offering of 695,700 common shares by existing shareholders including Naomi Fukuda (290,000 shares) and Kazuko Ozawa (180,000 shares).

The selling price will be set between August 27 and September 1, 2025, at 0.90 to 1.00 times the closing price. An additional 104,300 shares may be offered through over-allotment.
