Envipro Holdings withdraws mid-term plan, changes dividend policy

Envipro Holdings is withdrawing its medium-term management plan due to volatile market conditions, adopting a more execution-focused approach under new leadership.

The company is changing its dividend policy to a minimum 2.5% dividend on equity from fiscal 2026, replacing its previous payout ratio system. It will also discontinue its shareholder benefit program after June 2026.

Envipro projects net sales of 43,000 million yen and ordinary profit of 1,700 million yen for fiscal year ending June 2026.
