Wedge Holdings affiliate faces receiver petition from creditor

J Trust Asia has petitioned Bangkok Bankruptcy Court for a receiver to be appointed for Group Lease PCL, a key Wedge Holdings affiliate. JTA alleges the company misrepresented financial statements, having previously sought damages in Singapore.

JTA has filed multiple lawsuits across various countries, including a civil suit against Group Lease in June. The company maintains the claims are baseless.
