Erex reports strong Q1 results, expands renewable energy

Erex reported Q1 consolidated net sales of 37,047 million yen, up 10.8% year-on-year, and operating income of 1,453 million yen, despite a net loss of 80 million yen.

The company brought online biomass power plants in Japan and Vietnam, with new facilities planned for Vietnam and Cambodia. Erex is also expanding its fuel business by approximately 1.5 times and developing hydropower projects in Cambodia.
