Yamatane nears completion of JPY 3bn share buyback

Yamatane Corporation has repurchased 1,462,200 shares for JPY 2.8 billion as of July 31, representing 81% of the 1.8 million shares authorized under its buyback program.

The company bought 129,800 shares in July alone for JPY 309 million. The repurchase program, approved in November 2024, allows buybacks of up to JPY 3 billion or 8.72% of issued shares through October 2025.
