SoftBank corrects financial report on debt classification

SoftBank Group Corp. corrected its quarterly financial report for the three months ended June 30, 2025, fixing an error in debt classification.

The correction changed the classification of ¥796.5 billion in fund procurement by wholly owned subsidiaries from "prepaid forward contracts using Alibaba shares" to "borrowings using SoftBank Corp. shares (margin loans)." The actual balance remains unchanged.
