Forum Engineering Q1 revenue rises 8.2% to 9.2bn yen

Forum Engineering reported net sales of 9.2 billion yen for Q1 FY2026, up 8.2% year-on-year, while operating profit rose 3.9% to 1.2 billion yen.

The engineer staffing company increased its average staffing rate to 4,214 yen, up 20 yen from the start of the term, with utilized engineers reaching 4,555. Cognavi Graduate's transition to a posting-fee model generated 43 million yen in Q1 sales, exceeding plans.
