Mixi revises PointsBet takeover bid to AUD 1.25 per share

Mixi has revised its takeover bid for PointsBet Holdings to AUD 1.25 per share, valuing the acquisition at a maximum AUD 421 million.

The Japanese company waived the 50.1% shareholder approval precondition after all other conditions in its bidder's statement were fulfilled, clearing the path to proceed with the acquisition.
