NTT reports record revenue but profit falls 7%

Nippon Telegraph And Telephone Corporation reported record Q1 operating revenue of JPY 3,262,039 million, up 0.7% year-over-year, but operating profit fell 7.0% to JPY 405,193 million.

The company listed NTT DC REIT on the Singapore Exchange in July, generating $1.5 billion, and issued $1.125 billion in unsecured bonds. NTT plans to shift from metal to optical/mobile services by 2035.
