NTT Q1 revenues rise but profit falls 7%

Nippon Telegraph And Telephone Corporation reported Q1 2025 operating revenues of JPY 3,262,039 million, up 0.7% year-on-year, but operating profit fell 7.0% to JPY 405,193 million.

The company released tsuzumi 2, an upgraded domestic AI language model, in October and will list NTT DC REIT on the Singapore Exchange on July 14, 2025.

NTT also issued corporate bonds totaling $11.25bn and €5.5bn on July 16, 2025, and plans transitioning from metal to optical/mobile fixed-line services by 2035.
