Nippon Kayaku buys back 447,400 shares for 596m yen

Nippon Kayaku Co acquired 447,400 common shares in July for 596 million yen through open market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The acquisition is part of a buyback program approved in March authorizing purchases of up to 14 million shares for up to 17 billion yen. The company has acquired 4.4 million shares for 5.8 billion yen under the program so far.
