Mitsui Fudosan reports record first quarter performance

Mitsui Fudosan reported record-breaking first quarter results for fiscal 2026. Revenue increased 27.3% year-over-year to 802.3 billion yen, while business income rose 79.2% to 187.7 billion yen.

Net income attributable to shareholders surged 91.1% to 124.2 billion yen. All key financial indicators reached new first-quarter highs.

The company's full-year business income forecast is 425.0 billion yen, with Q1 progress at 44.2%.
