Sigmaxyz completes 1.2bn yen share buyback program

Sigmaxyz Holdings Inc completed its treasury share acquisition program, repurchasing 1.17 million shares for 1.2 billion yen between February and July 2025.

The program represented 1.98% of issued shares and was conducted through market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The company completed its final tranche in July, acquiring 210,000 shares for 248 million yen.
