Dear Life corrects property floor area in major error

Dear Life Co issued a correction regarding a recently acquired income-producing property in Tokyo's Ota-ku district.

The company had originally reported the floor area as 445.61 m², but the corrected measurement is 1,457.45 m² - more than three times larger than initially stated.

The seven-floor reinforced concrete building is intended for condominium and retail use, with acquisition funded through internal capital and bank borrowings.
