Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan buys back JPY 4bn shares

Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Holdings repurchased 1,737,100 common shares for JPY 4,002,809,901 in July through Tokyo Stock Exchange market purchases.

The buyback is part of a larger program to acquire up to 20 million shares or JPY 30 billion by October 2025. The company has now repurchased 10,499,200 shares for JPY 25,148,609,615 under this resolution.
