Matsui Securities reports strong July trading and account growth

Matsui Securities reported preliminary July 2025 results showing commission revenue increased to 1,750m yen and FX revenue to 412m yen.

Total equity trading value reached 5.46 trillion yen, with futures trading at 6.67 trillion yen and OTC FX trading at 49.39 trillion yen.

The brokerage added 7,631 new accounts, bringing the total to 152,160. Margin trading saw short positions rise to 48.35bn yen while long positions declined slightly to 276.13bn yen.
