M&A Capital Partners directors sell shares for TOPIX inclusion

M&A Capital Partners announced that president and chief executive Satoru Nakamura and director Yozo Sogame sold shares on August 1 to increase the company's free-float market capitalization for continued TOPIX index inclusion.

Nakamura sold 378,000 shares, reducing his stake from 43.93% to 42.74%. Sogame sold 54,800 shares, decreasing his holdings from 6.78% to 6.61%. Both sales were conducted via off-auction mechanisms outside regular trading hours.
