Toagosei conducts $15m treasury share repurchase program

Toagosei will repurchase up to 1,506,200 shares on August 1 at 1,484 yen per share, worth up to 2.24 billion yen.

This continues a February-approved program to buy back up to 5.8 million shares for 7 billion yen total. The company has already repurchased 3.32 million shares for 4.76 billion yen under this authorization.
