Nippon Sanso reports revenue decline, completes Australia acquisition

Nippon Sanso Holdings reported Q1 revenue of ¥314,758 million, down 4.4% year-on-year due to foreign exchange impacts and lower shipment volumes. Core operating income declined 5.7% to ¥45,620 million.

The company maintained its full-year forecast of ¥1,290,000 million revenue and ¥191,000 million core operating income. Nippon Sanso completed its acquisition of Coregas Pty Ltd on July 1, 2025, to strengthen its presence in Australia and New Zealand.
