Koito Manufacturing buys back 2.2m shares for 4bn yen

Koito Manufacturing acquired 2.2 million shares for 4.1 billion yen in July through Tokyo Stock Exchange purchases.

The buyback is part of a larger program authorizing acquisition of up to 37 million shares or 50 billion yen through May 2026. Cumulative acquisitions have reached 3.8 million shares for 6.8 billion yen.
