NS Solutions revenue rises 7.6% despite profit decline

NS Solutions Corporation reported first-quarter revenue of 82.7 billion yen, up 7.6% year-over-year, but operating profit fell 3.7% to 8.5 billion yen due to business transformation investments. Net profit dropped 5.0% to 5.1 billion yen.

The company acquired INFOCOM Corporation for 55.1 billion yen to enhance IT services in process manufacturing and expand its asset-driven business model.

Full-year forecasts remain unchanged at 357 billion yen revenue and 29.2 billion yen net profit.
