SCSK posts 45% revenue jump on NetOne acquisition

SCSK Corporation reported a 44.8% increase in net sales to JPY 177,474 million for the three months ended June 30, with operating profit up 55.7% to JPY 20,111 million.

The strong results were driven by the consolidation of NetOne Systems, acquired in December 2024, which boosted the IT Platform segment by 197.9%. Industrial IT sales grew 10.3%.

SCSK also sold shares in ARGO GRAPHICS, generating a JPY 7.3 billion gain, and acquired COBOL PARK Corporation in June.
