Obic reports 12.7% sales rise, maintains full-year forecast

Obic reported net sales rose 12.7% to 32.4bn yen and operating profit increased 15.2% to 21.5bn yen for the first quarter ended June 30. Ordinary profit grew 18.0% to 27.2bn yen, while profit attributable to owners jumped 16.3% to 19.5bn yen.

Despite the strong performance, the company maintained its full-year forecasts of 133.4bn yen in net sales and 70bn yen profit attributable to owners for the fiscal year ending March 2026.
