Furukawa Electric prices share offering at 11.5bn yen

Furukawa Electric Co has priced its secondary offering of common stock at 7,342 yen per share, raising 11.5bn yen total.

The offering includes 1,566,300 shares, with 620,100 earmarked for international investors in Europe and Asia. An additional over-allotment option covers 234,900 shares at the same price.

The pricing represents a 3.01% discount to the July 23 reference price of 7,570 yen. Shares are scheduled for delivery on July 30, 2025.
