Tenpos Holdings raises revenue forecast after Sunrise acquisition

Tenpos Holdings raised its full-year revenue forecast for April 2026 to 57.7 billion yen from 53.5 billion yen after acquiring all shares in Sunrise Service.

The newly wholly-owned subsidiary specializes in delivery, catering and restaurant operations. The acquisition also prompted increases to interim and full-year earnings forecasts.
