NEC restructures reporting segments from April 2025

NEC Corporation is revising its consolidated financial reporting segments from April 1, 2025, following organizational changes announced in January.

The new structure simplifies the "IT Services" category by combining domestic digital platform services and digital delivery services, and streamlines the "Social Infrastructure" segment by integrating aerospace and national security operations.

The company forecasts total revenue of ¥3,360.0bn for fiscal year 2026 with adjusted operating profit of ¥310.0bn. No changes to major products and services are expected from this revision.
