Vertex Corporation completes 800m yen share buyback program

Vertex Corporation completed its treasury stock buyback program on July 17, 2025, after reaching its 800 million yen spending limit.

The company acquired 367,600 shares for 799,974,100 yen in total, falling short of the maximum 421,000 shares originally approved. The final purchase of 96,400 shares occurred between July 1-15 for 233,018,000 yen.

The buyback represented 1.65% of outstanding shares excluding treasury stock and was approved at an April board meeting.
