Seria completes 25.1bn yen treasury share buyback

Seria Corporation completed its treasury share tender offer, acquiring 12,567,900 shares at 2,000 yen per share for a total cost of 25.1 billion yen.

The acquisition represents 16.57% of total outstanding shares. The offer was slightly oversubscribed, with 12,568,100 shares tendered against the planned 12,567,900 shares, requiring pro-rata allocation.
