Nitto Denko repurchases $44m shares in June

Nitto Denko Corporation repurchased 2.64 million shares for 6.9 billion yen ($44 million) in June through Tokyo Stock Exchange purchases.

The buybacks are part of a program approved in January authorizing repurchases of up to 34 million shares worth 80 billion yen through August. The company has now repurchased 19.4 million shares for 52 billion yen under the current program.
