Tama Home revenue falls 19%, profit plunges 83%

Tama Home reported consolidated revenue of 200.8 billion yen for fiscal 2025, down 18.9% from the previous year. Operating profit fell 67.3% to 4.1 billion yen, while net income plummeted 83.1% to 1.5 billion yen.

The decline stemmed from fewer housing handovers in custom-built and detached housing segments.

The company forecasts a rebound for fiscal 2026, projecting 17% revenue growth to 235 billion yen and net income surging 306% to 6 billion yen.
