EM Systems sets 2030 targets for medical digitization

EM Systems announced medium- to long-term targets for 2030, approved by its board in July. The Japanese company aims to connect 1,200 medical institutions and insurance pharmacies to its medical information collaboration service and form 10 new industry partnerships.

The company set human capital goals including 30% female managers and 30% male childcare leave uptake. Environmental targets include a 25% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions compared to 2020 levels and 80% digitization of major internal and external processes.
