Central Automotive Products issues JPY 63m restricted stock compensation

Central Automotive Products Ltd will dispose of 34,000 shares of common stock as restricted compensation for eight directors on August 5, 2025.

The shares are valued at JPY 1,849 each, totaling JPY 62.9 million. The compensation excludes outside directors and audit committee members.

Shares will have transfer restrictions until each director's retirement or resignation.
