Torii Pharmaceutical to cancel treasury stock, delist after acquisition

Torii Pharmaceutical announced plans to cancel 687,605 shares of its own common stock, representing 2.39% of its outstanding shares before cancellation. The cancellation is slated for August 29, 2025, pending shareholder approval of a share consolidation plan at an extraordinary general meeting scheduled for August 8, 2025. Following the cancellation, the total number of issued shares will be 28,112,395.
