Aeon delays first quarter results announcement

These discussions involve the transferor of PTF shares, Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank. Furthermore, AFS requires more time to formulate a new growth strategy for its Vietnamese operations. The company now expects to release the financial results on July 31, 2025. Aeon is currently assessing the impact of this matter on its financial performance for the fiscal year ending February 2026 and will promptly disclose any relevant information.
