Nakakita Seisakusho reports strong FY2025 earnings, boosted by investment gain

Nakakita Seisakusho (TSE:6496) has announced its consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ended May 31, 2025, reporting a significant increase in net profit. Revenue reached JPY 23.768 billion and operating profit amounted to JPY 1.159 billion. However, the bottom line was heavily impacted by a special profit of JPY 968 million from the sale of investment securities, contributing to a net profit attributable to the parent company of JPY 1.730 billion. The company also announced that it acquired all shares of ACE VALVE CO., LTD. and made it a subsidiary company at December 2024.
