Jinushi invests in land under Tokorozawa "Tocotoco Square" facility

JINUSHI Co., Ltd. (TSE:3252) announced a silent partnership investment in Tokorozawa Investment GK, a special purpose company (SPC) holding the land underlying the "Tocotoco Square" commercial facility in Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture. This investment, representing approximately 60% of the SPC's equity, qualifies the partnership as a specified subsidiary of JINUSHI. The SPC was formed by separating the land from the existing building, with the land serving as the underlying asset. A domestic company acquired the building, ensuring continued operations of "Tocotoco Square".
