Ikuyo introduces Bitcoin shareholder benefit program

Ikuyo, a company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE:7273), announced the establishment of a new shareholder benefit program offering Bitcoin (BTC). Shareholders recorded in the shareholder registry as of September 30, 2025, holding 500 shares or more, will be eligible. The company plans to distribute a total of JPY 16 million worth of Bitcoin via lottery. The prizes include JPY 100,000 worth of Bitcoin to 30 shareholders, JPY 30,000 to 100 shareholders, and JPY 10,000 to 1,000 shareholders. The company stated that the purpose of the program is to enhance shareholder returns and promote understanding of digital assets. Further details regarding the allocation of Bitcoin and announcement of winners will be released at a later date. This marks the first time Ikuyo has introduced a shareholder benefit program.
