NTT Data revises fixed asset disposal terms

NTT Data Corporation (TSE:9613) announced revisions to the terms of its previously disclosed disposal of fixed assets (data centers) by its consolidated subsidiaries. The planned transfer price has been revised to JPY229.5 billion (USD1,500 million), down from the previously estimated JPY240.7 billion (USD1,573 million) disclosed on May 8, 2025. Consequently, the estimated transfer gain has also been revised downwards from JPY155.4 billion (USD1,016 million) to JPY144.3 billion (USD943 million). The revised price was finalized following discussions with the transferee and considering real estate appraisal values and market conditions. NTT Data views the revised price as fair and appropriate.
