Metaplanet reports significant exercise of stock acquisition rights

Metaplanet Inc. (TSE:3350) announced the monthly exercise status for its 20th to 22nd series of Stock Acquisition Rights, issued on June 23, 2025, through a third-party allotment to EVO FUND. During June 2025, 540,000 rights from the 20th series were exercised, representing 29.19% of the total issued. This resulted in the delivery of 54,000,000 shares. The exercise price varied between JPY1,388 and JPY1,649. The remaining unexercised rights for the 20th series stand at 1,310,000. The 21st and 22nd series saw no exercise activity during the month, maintaining 1,850,000 unexercised rights each. The initial adjustment to the exercise price was made on June 25, 2025, with subsequent adjustments occurring every three trading days.
