Cosel announces increased dividend payout

Cosel (TSE:6905) announced today that its board of directors has approved a dividend distribution from surplus, with a record date of May 20, 2025. The dividend is set at JPY 28.00 per share, an increase from the previous year's JPY 27.00. The total amount of dividends to be distributed is JPY 1,151 million. The payment will be effective July 18, 2025, and the source of funds is retained earnings. Including the second quarter dividend of JPY 27.00, the annual dividend for the fiscal year ending May 2025 will be JPY 55.00, compared to JPY 54.00 for the previous year.
