With Us Corp corrects tender offer support announcement

With Us Corporation (TSE:9696) announced a correction to its June 9, 2025, statement concerning the tender offer for its shares by NSSK-J1. The correction stems from a change in the investment structure of NSSK-J1, as disclosed by the company itself. NSSK III (United) Investment L.P. transferred all shares of NSSK-J2, the parent company of the tender offerer, to NSSK III FC2 Ltd. on July 4, 2025. As of today, the tender offerer, its parent company, NSSK, NSSK III FC2 Ltd., NSSK III (United) Investment L.P., Japan Industrial Promotion Organization No. 3 Investment Business Limited Partnership and NSSK III (INTL) Investment L.P. do not own With Us Corporation shares or stock acquisition rights.
