Arealink reports stable occupancy rates in storage business

Arealink has announced its monthly operating results for June 2025, revealing stable occupancy rates in its core self-storage business. The overall occupancy rate stood at 83.16%, with existing facilities maintaining a robust 89.74%. New facilities achieved an occupancy rate of 49.89%. During the month, the company added 1,408 new units across 33 locations, comprising both company-operated and partner-operated sites. Arealink reported the closure of 44 units in a single location. The company has achieved 9,446 new units to date in FY2025 against a target of 15,000.
