Lifull president Ito concludes acquisition of company shares

Lifull (TSE:2120) announced today that Representative Director and President Yuji Ito has completed the acquisition of the company's shares through market purchases, as initially disclosed on May 14, 2025. Between May 15, 2025 and July 2, 2025, Ito acquired 1,370,000 shares of Lifull's common stock. This concludes the planned acquisition, originally capped at JPY 300 million or 1.37 million shares. As of July 2, 2025, Ito's total holdings of Lifull shares amount to 1,531,941, representing 1.14% of the company's outstanding shares. The acquisitions were conducted through market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
